Director of Operations, Trauma Therapist + EMDR Consultant | Rochester Office
Sara is a co-owner of Sustainable Wellness. She manages the practice’s operations and support team in addition to conducting individual therapy, KAP, EMDR Intensives, Clinical Supervision, and EMDR Consultation at the practice.
Lorrie Johnson, LCSW
Clinical Director + Trauma Therapist | Rochester Office
Lorrie is a co-owner of Sustainable Wellness. She conducts individual and group therapy at the practice, prioritizing approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, KAP and IFS. Lorrie believes we all have the ability to overcome and move through past and present circumstances.

Hannah specializes in providing therapy to adolescents and young adults who are survivors of sexual and physical abuse, though she’s passionate about working with clients impacted by all types of trauma. She uses a person-centered, goal-focused approach that helps build hope for her clients’ futures.

Stephanie believes that many mental health challenges are symptoms of unprocessed trauma. She seeks to help people develop mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation skills, to improve their relationships with the self and others.

Christina is a Master of Social Work (MSW) candidate with a concentration in behavioral health and trauma. She assists new clients with matching to therapists and services, and assists with marketing and other administrative duties at Sustainable Wellness.

Kaylene provides individual and group therapy to our clients, as well as clinical supervision clinicians at the practice. She’s passionate about working with clients of all ages who have experienced intimate partner violence, family violence, sexual assault, and abuse as a child.

Diane coordinates the logistical needs of our groups, classes and wellness services. She actively works with guiding new client inquiries through appropriate next steps of care, while also supporting active participants and practice facilitators.
