Hello!

Jen Agnitti, LPMHC completed her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Brockport. She provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families at Sustainable Wellness.

Jen believes that while all people experience trauma, individuals are also capable of healing through the power of the human body and psyche. She is passionate about neurobiology as well as holistic health and wellness and is adept at combining approaches as an integrative psychotherapist with a somatic emphasis. Jen believes the body knows how to heal itself and approaches her therapeutic work with clients with the goal of healing through vitality and longevity.

Jen is gifted at assisting individuals with accessing their Internal Guidance System (intuition) while simultaneously discovering and recovering various aspects of Self. She seeks to empower clients to exercise their personal authority of choice, as she assists them in becoming agents of change in their own experiences. Jen’s work guides clients from spaces of constriction to expansion and assists them in becoming attuned to their emotions and their bodies.

Jen specializes in working with empathic and Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) and is experienced in working with eating disorders, life transitions, trauma, and clients who are struggling with limiting core beliefs. Jen frequently integrates EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy ACT), CBT, DBT, and somatic experiencing into her work with clients.

Jen also prioritizes holistic wellness and spiritual health in her work with clients. She has training in acupressure/Meridian Therapy, Ayurvedic Medicine, energy therapies including Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), sound healing, mindfulness, meditation and breath work, Guided Spiritual Journeying Meditation, and therapeutic yoga.
