Service Description

EMDR Consultation offers EMDR-trained providers the opportunity to develop their EMDR therapy skills. Consultation offers individualized feedback and instruction in the areas of case conceptualization, client readiness, treatment planning, specific application of skill, and the integration of EMDR therapy into clinical practice. Consultation aims to improve confidence around using EMDR skills in practice while reducing the formation of bad habits and the risks of problematic use of EMDR. It also allows clinicians to develop and integrate EMDR therapy skills creatively into their practices to help a wider range of clients meet their goals for change.
