Hannah Andersen (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and trauma therapist at Sustainable Wellness. She is passionate about working with people impacted by trauma and specializes in providing individual therapy to adolescents and young adults who are survivors of sexual and physical abuse.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families impacted by PTSD, complex trauma, and other trauma-related disorders. Among other modalities, she integrates EMDR therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) into her work with clients. Hannah aims to empower clients to develop self-compassion and quiet the lies that trauma tells them. She works with clients collaboratively to process trauma with a person-centered, goal-focused approach to that helps lift the weight of the past while building hope for the futures.
Hannah knows that trauma and abuse impact various aspects of a person’s life, particularly the ways someone sees themselves, other people, and the world. She works to meet the needs of the community and individual clients through a holistic perspective, treating the entire person rather than solely focusing on symptoms. Â
