Eva Grove, LP-MHC
Clinical Therapist
Eva Grove (she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor (LP-MHC) who completed her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University. She provides individual therapy services to adults, young adults, adolescents, and children through Sustainable Wellness.
Eva sees beyond just the “symptoms.” She works with clients to explore the “big picture” or root causes of their symptoms and how they came to be, all while formulating a plan to address concerns and actively teaching skills to help foster change. Eva understands that therapy isn’t a "one-size-fits-all" approach. With this, she works collaboratively with her clients to determine a specialized and individualized approach to therapy to get her clients back to living healthy and fulfilling lives.
Eva addresses trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD and other neurodivergence, life transitions, relational issues, and any other emotional and behavioral concerns that tend to surface with trauma and stress. Eva uses trauma-informed approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) or parts work, Schema Therapy, Narrative therapy, TFCBT, and Mindfulness. She integrates play and art therapy techniques and family collaboration as appropriate. Eva currently facilitates therapy sessions via Telehealth.
Outside of being a Mental Health Counselor, Eva enjoys spending time with her dog Lucy, who is a sweet 9-year-old beagle. She also enjoys reading, keeping houseplants, and making memories with family and friends.
