Co-Founder + Trauma Therapist

Sara manages the practice’s operations and support team in addition to conducting individual therapy, KAP, EMDR Intensives, Clinical Supervision, and EMDR Consultation.

Stephanie Berry, LMSW

Trauma Therapist

Stephanie believes that many mental health challenges are symptoms of unprocessed trauma. She seeks to help people develop skills to improve their relationships with the self and others.

Kaylene Graffitti, LCSW

Kaylene Graffitti, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor + Trauma Therapist

Kaylene provides both individual and group therapy, as well as clinical supervision at the practice. She works with clients who have experienced intimate partner violence, family violence, sexual assault, and abuse as a child.

Virginia Lengyel

Virginia Lengyel

Clinical Intern

Virginia is currently earning a Master of Social Work from Nazareth University. With an undergraduate background in Psychology, she currently focuses on evidence-based practice and integrating techniques from Creative Arts Therapy.

Clinical Therapist

Danielle (they/them) is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community on navigating the impacts of shame on the mind’s executive functioning and spirit. They believe in the principles of non-judgment, harm reduction and highlighting strengths.

Phoebe provides a neurobiologically informed, holistic approach, often integrating KAP, EMDR and IFS into her practice through standard individual, group and Intensive sessions.

Christina is passionate about working with the diabetes community and offers coaching services. She also assists new clients in navigating the intake process and is the point person for day-to-day operational needs.

Trauma Therapist

Hannah provides both individual and group therapy. She integrates KAP, EMDR, IFS and mindfulness-based therapies into her practice through standard and Intensive sessions.

Diane Maurer

Group Coordinator

Diane coordinates the logistical needs of our groups, classes and wellness services. She actively works with guiding new client inquiries through appropriate next steps of care, while also supporting active participants and practice facilitators.

Kyle (they/them/theirs) is currently earning a Master of Social Work from SUNY Brockport. They are committed to creating safe, therapeutic spaces for individuals who have experienced childhood, sexual, race, and gender-based trauma.

Hannah Andersen, LCSW

Trauma Therapist

Hannah specializes in providing therapy to adolescents and young adults who are survivors of sexual and physical abuse, though she’s passionate about working with clients impacted by all types of trauma.

Meredith is currently earning a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. She has a passion for working with children, teens, families, and victims of childhood abuse and/or neglect, and sexual assault.

Clinical Therapist

Eva works with adults, adolescents, and kids, addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, life transitions, and relational issues. She believes in exploring the big picture, not just the “symptoms.”

Briana Montanaro

Briana Montanaro

Billing Manager

Bri supports our clients with billing and insurance needs. She is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving and comes with years of previous medical billing experience. Bri strives to make the billing experience as smooth as possible.

Lisa van Leeuwen, LMSW

Lisa van Leeuwen, LMSW

Trauma Therapist

Lisa developed her therapeutic approach working with a diverse population of individuals, couples, parents, and families. She’s passionate about racial, cultural, occupational, economic, and social justice-related influences on how we experience and heal from trauma.
