New Clients

Welcome! Follow our 5-step process below to get started with your therapy journey.
Whether you're looking for a specific type of service, or are unsure where to start, we're here to help. We recommend reviewing our different types of therapy services and specialized approaches offered by our providers. Please note that while we see clients to address a variety of issues, our therapists are all trained in and passionate about taking a trauma-focused, holistic approach to the healing process.

Browse our Providers and Services

Visit our Meet the Team page to familiarize yourself with our providers and administrative staff. Use the page's filter to refine your search by provider specializations, accepted insurances, office locations and which of our providers are taking new clients. You can also visit our Groups page to familiarize yourself with our group therapy offerings.

Fill out the Inquiry Form

Once you’ve browsed our provider bios, fill out our confidential Inquiry Form. Please include any information that may be helpful for our intake team, including what provider or service you're interested in, what you're hoping to focus on, whether you plan on using insurance, what availability you are looking for, etc.

*Please note that while we actively keep our website as updated as possible, we cannot guarantee availability for any provider or specific time of day. We also cannot guarantee insurance coverage for any service, even if we contract with your insurance provider.

Get Connected with our Intake Team

After submitting your inquiry, a member of intake team will follow up within 48-72 hours Monday-Friday to discuss next steps. Our Intake Coordinator will then assist with scheduling your intake appointment, adding you to our waitlist (if your provider of choice is full), or scheduling a Group Screening if inquiring about one of our groups.​​

Prepare for Your Session

Once your initial appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to fill out our new client paperwork. The forms often take about 15-20 minutes to complete, as they include questions that help your provider get to know you. If using insurance, our Intake Coordinator works closely with our Billing Manager to help verify your benefits. It's our policy that all new clients complete paperwork at least 24 hours before your first appointment. Sessions cannot start until these intake forms are completed.​​​

Meet with Your Provider!

Time to meet your new provider! If meeting in person, you can visit our Offices page to find detailed instructions to the office. Teletherapy clients will receive a link from our secure video platform prior to the start of each session. Our Intake Coordinator is your point person until you complete your intake session. Once you begin services, you will work directly with your therapist regarding treatment planning and ongoing scheduling. At that time, you can always schedule / reschedule sessions through our Client Portal or reception service by calling 585-206-2631. â€‹
