Therapy for Adults

Therapy is not about having a professional “fix” you. It involves your active involvement, as well as personal efforts to understand your own thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Our goal is to help you become your best and healthiest self – to help you feel whole and your wellness to feel sustainable.


As licensed therapists, we are committed to helping you develop the skills you need to address whatever challenges you are facing. Whether you’re dealing with normal emotional distress or find impairment in your functioning due to symptoms, it’s important to know you are not alone. We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment and will work to help you understand the root cause of your concerns.

Individual therapy sessions for adults usually last approximately 50-60 minutes and are typically conducted every 1-4 weeks depending on your treatment needs. The duration of overall time spent in therapy is individualized and dependent on your goals and needs.
