Therapy for Adults

We offer Individual therapy for adults of all ages who are ready to explore their symptoms and stuck points from a trauma-focused lens.

Therapy for Teens

Being a teen is hard. We can help make it less hard. We strive to help our teens using a holistic, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.

Therapy for Kids

We offer therapy for children ages 5 and older.

Couples Therapy

What happens in your relationship is less important than why it happens. In our trauma-informed approach with couples, we look at the whole picture.

Group Therapy

All of our in-person therapy groups take place at our office in Rochester, NY. Virtual groups are available to anyone living in New York State.

EMDR Intensives

Our EMDR Intensive programs are one of the quickest and most effective ways to reduce or eliminate “stuck points”.

KAP

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms.

Diabetes Coaching

A diabetes-informed coach can help people move away from perfectionism, comparison, and shame toward a place of resilience, acceptance, and authenticity.
